Preparation of Year-End Accounts
All businesses are required to prepare annual accounts for submission to HMRC. If you are a limited company you will also be required to file accounts with Companies House.
If you have used our services to prepare regular management accounting information then preparation of the year-end accounts will simply be the '12th' month or '4th' quarter's figures along with any further adjustments required in order to comply with accounting standards.
We will provide you with a fixed fee quotation and checklist of the information required for the preparation of the accounts. We will ensure that the accounts are prepared speedily and year-end procedures effected on accounting software, if applicable, in order that the current year information can be readily obtainable.
We will meet with you to discuss the draft accounts and tax position of your business and provide any further recommendations as considered necessary.
